Sinza Home welcomes inquiries for stays of 30 days or longer at 545 Willow Bend Drive in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Six-week projects, three-month assignments, and stays of up to six months can be discussed through the stay planner. Availability and lease dates are confirmed individually.
Choose a private bedroom, request two bedrooms for colleagues, or ask about the entire three-bedroom townhouse. A room stay shares the kitchen, living areas, and laundry with other residents. Whole-home requests depend on the full property being available. The home has three full bathrooms across three levels, with the exact bathroom allocation confirmed before an agreement.
For HR and relocation coordinators
- Provide arrival and departure dates, guest count, and the employee’s work location.
- Tell us whether the employee or an employer will arrange payment, and describe any invoicing requirements for review.
- Request a written quote identifying rent, furnishings, utilities, Wi-Fi, parking, deposits, and any other charges.

Can my company arrange the stay?
An HR representative or housing coordinator can call Irene to discuss the employee’s needs. Employer payment, billing terms, and documentation must be agreed individually; direct billing is not assumed.
Can an assignment be extended?
Ask about an extension as early as possible. It depends on availability and a written agreement. A requested six-month stay is not a guarantee that those dates are available.
