A housing inquiry is not a reservation
The website helps you explore the Glen Burnie townhouse and request a conversation about housing. Submitting a form or paying an inquiry fee does not reserve a room, guarantee availability, approve an application, or create a lease. Confirm the dates, room, furnishing inventory, bathroom arrangement, occupancy, parking, and all costs in a written agreement before committing to a stay.
The $10 inquiry fee
Online inquiry submission requires a one-time $10.00 USD payment through Stripe when checkout is available. The fee is separate from rent, a security deposit, cleaning charges, and any other charges in a later quote. It does not automatically apply toward rent. The receiving Stripe account is Exoduz LLC. You can call or text Irene at 410-926-0440 to discuss availability and ask fee questions before choosing the paid submission.
When payment is confirmed
An inquiry is marked paid only after the server verifies a completed payment. A checkout redirect by itself is not proof of payment. If you cancel or leave checkout without a successful charge, the inquiry is not marked paid, although the submitted details may remain available for follow-up as explained in the Privacy notice. If online checkout is unavailable, this website does not collect a fee. Contact Irene rather than trying to pay elsewhere.
Refund requests and payment help
For a duplicate charge, payment problem, or refund request, contact Irene at 410-926-0440 with your inquiry reference and Stripe receipt details. Do not send full card numbers. Refund requests are reviewed individually; the site does not promise an automatic refund solely because a requested room or date is unavailable. Ask about your circumstances before paying. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method, subject to provider and bank processing times. These terms do not limit rights that apply under law.
Estimates, photographs, and property details
The stay planner provides estimated rent only. It is not a binding quote. Utilities, Wi-Fi, parking allocation, deposits, cleaning charges, furnishings, taxes if applicable, and the total payable must be confirmed in your written quote. Marketing photographs do not replace a current tour or furnishing inventory. The home has three levels with interior stairs; discuss access needs before arranging a stay.
Information and respectful use
Provide accurate contact details and only the information needed to discuss housing. Do not submit payment card details, identity documents, medical records, abusive content, or someone else’s information without permission. Sinza Home offers independent housing, with equal housing opportunity. Medical, nursing, and personal care services are not included.
Questions and separate rental agreements
Call or text Irene at 410-926-0440 with questions about an inquiry, payment, quote, or tour. A later signed rental agreement sets the terms of any actual stay. The inquiry fee does not replace that agreement. The Privacy notice explains how the website handles inquiry information.
