Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, requested arrival and departure dates, stay length, guest count, room and bathroom preferences, reason for the stay, message, and consent choices. Please do not send Social Security numbers, identity documents, payment card details, or medical records in the message field.
How an inquiry is handled
We use your information to discuss availability, room arrangements, tours, quotes, and a possible rental agreement. When online checkout is available, inquiry details are saved before you leave for Stripe, including if checkout is later abandoned. The owner inbox stores an inquiry reference, estimated rent, submission time, payment status, and payment references for follow-up and reconciliation.
Payment information
Online inquiry payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page and are not stored in this website’s inquiry database. Your email, inquiry reference, and payment-related identifiers are shared with Stripe to process and match the payment. The receiving Stripe account is Exoduz LLC, which may appear on payment records. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Browser storage and technical data
The form uses session storage in your browser to keep a draft and retry identifier so you can return from checkout. That storage normally lasts for the tab’s browsing session. Closing the tab or clearing site data removes the local draft but does not delete a submitted server record. Hosting, security, authentication, and payment providers may process technical data such as IP addresses, request details, cookies, and device information to operate and protect their services. No advertising pixels or marketing analytics have been added to this site.
Access, sharing, and retention
The website’s inquiry inbox is restricted to the site owner’s authenticated account. Inquiry information is used for housing follow-up and payment administration, with hosting and payment providers supporting those functions. We do not sell inquiry details or use them for targeted advertising. Submitted records do not currently expire automatically.
