The home has three full bathrooms. A private bathroom is a request, not a guarantee. Tell us your preference in the stay planner so we can confirm a suitable room and exact bathroom arrangement.
What is included in the rate?
The planner shows estimated rent only. Your written quote will confirm furnishings, utilities, Wi-Fi, parking, any deposit, cleaning charges, taxes if applicable, and the total payable. These items are not assumed to be included in the estimate.
What furnishings will be there when I arrive?
Ask Irene for a current furnishing inventory and a tour. Confirm the bed size, workspace, linens, kitchen essentials, and any specific items you need before signing your agreement.
Is parking available? Are there stairs?
The property has assigned parking, with space allocation subject to confirmation. This is a three-level townhouse with interior stairs. Tell us about access needs before arranging a tour. Community amenity access must be confirmed separately.
Can families, pets, or insurance placements be accommodated?
Tell us your group size, pets, dates, and room needs. Occupancy, pet terms, insurer requirements, and availability are reviewed individually. Assistance-animal requests are considered as required by applicable law. No insurer placement or direct-billing arrangement is implied.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
Sinza Home can discuss availability, a tour, a written quote, and lease terms using the contact details you provide. A one-time $10 USD inquiry fee is required through secure checkout. Payment does not reserve a room or guarantee availability. After payment is confirmed, your inquiry receives a reference number for follow-up.
Does Sinza Home provide personal or medical care?
Sinza Home offers independent housing. Nursing, personal care, medication management, and assisted-living services are not included.
